Global Health Film Fest

The inaugural Zanzibar Global Health Film Festival with be held 13-15 September, 2024.

The programme will feature excellent storytelling from all around the world, with a strong focus on maternal and child health, and planetary health, reflecting the strategic priorities of WAJAMAMA. The programme has been drawn from previous Global Health Film Festival editions and screenings, alongside some recent more local titles.

The programme will include theatre and community screenings, livestreamed films and discussions and a video-on-demand offering.

Programme details, including several African premieres, will be announced next month.
